The Pillars of Wellness

So you practice self-care, but are you paying attention to all of the different aspects of self-care? It’s important to realize self-care is more than just diet and exercise. In fact, there are eight pillars of wellness that you can focus on in your life. In today’s episode, we will discuss four of those eight: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, and how to prioritize each one. We will be breaking down each pillar in depth to highlight what each one looks like and how we can practice these, especially in the military lifestyle. I will also share tools and tricks to help you shore up these pillars of wellness.
