The Lead Your Life app was created to support military women in reclaiming their wellness, reconnecting with their inner wisdom, and rising into leadership from a place of wholeness.

As a leadership coach, I saw the need for something more than surface-level self-care. Women who lead—at home, in uniform, and in life—deserve a space that centers their nervous system, their growth, and their humanity.
