What do you NEED? It's Not That Simple!

Are you meeting your own needs? Do you know what meeting your needs looks like for you? In this episode of "Leading with Heart," I share the importance of identifying and meeting your needs. Unmet needs can lead to negative emotions like exhaustion, anger, resentment, or anxiety. I’m going to help you start identifying your needs by sharing useful tips for identifying which areas of your life are thriving and which areas you may need to look deeper at. I’ll also provide a handful of resources to help you along the way. I’ll be sharing how to use Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs to do a “needs inventory” exercise. We can also use reverse engineering to uncover unmet needs. You’ll leave this episode with some tools to learn more about yourself and start advocating for your needs!
