Yoga Strong is a 10-week, self-paced program created by Christina, a military veteran and certified yoga teacher who understands what it takes to reclaim inner peace, one yoga practice at a time. This isn’t about fitting into a “crunchy” yoga stereotype; it’s about creating a grounded, accessible experience that helps you strengthen your mind, body, and spirit in a way that aligns with your life.
